Do I need to register an account to be able to place an order?

I've forgotten my Login Details or Password

If you have forgotten your password, then you can request a password reset using the Forgot Password link on the Login Page. You will need the email address associated with your account. Can I place an order over the telephone?

Whilst we have put a lot of effort into making placing an order online easy and secure, we appreciate that some still prefer to talk to an individual, if this is you then please call us on 01709 371 441 and an adviser will assist you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal or using any Credit / Debit Card. If you don’t have any of these, then please call us on 01709 371 441 to discuss other options. Please note that goods are only released on cleared funds.

Do offer Credit accounts?

No. To keep our overheads low so we are able to offer the best possible prices, we do not offer credit facilities.

Can I add an item to an existing order?

Yes. As long as your order hasn’t already been marked as dispatched or completed then you can add an item to the order. Please call us on 01709 371 441 with the item details and required quantities and an adviser will assist you.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

Yes. As long as your order hasn’t been marked as dispatched or completed then you should be able to cancel the order. Please inform us immediately on 01709 371 441 to stop your order from completing. If your order has already been dispatched, then please follow the steps under our returns procedure.

Can I change the Shipping Address after placing the order?

As long as your order hasn’t been dispatched, you can change the shipping address, please contact us immediately on 01709 371 441 and an adviser will be happy to help.
